Job Description

What You'll Do:

  • Act as first point of contact to receive guests.
  • Answer phones and direct calls in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders, as needed.
  • Book conference rooms for internal / external meetings.
  • Allocate seating to employee visitors from other locations.
  • Order breakfast / lunch for meetings; set up and clean up conference rooms.
  • Communicate with building management about facilities issues.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Send out mailings including packages via FedEx, UPS, etc.
  • Process expenses for members of leadership team.
  • Ad hoc projects and admin work, as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
